Since 2009, eNicaR Records has been well known and respected in the
Racine/Milwaukee area for hosting live music events. Most of our events
are hip hop/dance/DJ events. On occasion we may work with a rock band
or jam band. Our events take place in cities throughout Wisconsin &
Illinois in local music venues. (Bars, Clubs, etc). We promote all of our
events locally with flyers & posters as well as online through Facebook &
Twitter.

Q: How long is my performance slot?
A: You can choose either 12 mins (3 songs) or 20 mins (5 songs)
Q: Should I bring my set on a cd?
A: If your confident that it will work. Keep in mind we've experienced
many instances where a cd won't play. We recommend that you EMAIL
us your set. That's the only way we can guarantee that it plays right. If
you choose to email us your set, it has to be 1 week in advance.
Please email it to enicar_records(at)yahoo.com
Q: How many people will be there?
A: That question is impossible to answer. We usually have great
turnouts but that comes with the work of promoting and advertising.
We recommend that you promote as best as you can and well also
make this easy for you to do. First off, we drop paper flyers at the
venue that you can go pick up in advance. (Please don't take the
WHOLE stack. Not that many people want to come see you anyways!
(Harsh but true) Plus there's other artists on the gig that want flyers
too. We also recommend that you add BOTH of our promo pages on
Facebook. Page 1 | Page 2

We will create an event page on Facebook. We prefer that you share the
one we create, rather that creating another one. This makes it easier for
us to determin how many people to expect. We also enter your group
name into a national concert database so it will show up everywhere
online automatically for you.
Q: How old do I have to be?
A: Everyone in your act MUST be at least 21 years old, with an ID
present when they come to the event. We will not refund you if you can't
attend because of not having your I.D. If we do have an all ages event
available, we will make it known. Otherwise it's 21 and up.
Q: What time will my performance be?
A: Set times are determined by your arrival. We will have a sign in sheet
at the merch table. When you get to the event, MAKE SURE to sign in.
The sign in sheet will have all the slots available and you can pick what
time you want to perform. This means first person in will have first choice
of slot. Last person in will have whatever slot wasn't picked.
Q: Why do I have to pay? Do I get tickets to sell to my fans?
A: Because we put plenty work into booking and promoting the event,
and we want to make sure that you do the same. Charging also ensures
us that you will show up on time and ready to perform. We keep the price
low at $30.00 for a 12 minute slot. In return you get a promotional photo
package, a promotional video on YouTube, music submission to the
Technics Crime Family DJ pool (Includes DJ's from Milwaukee to
Chicago), inclusion on our merch table, and a whole bunch of online
exposure! * Note there are absolutely NO REFUNDS. In the event that
the event is cancelled for any reason, you will be issued a new
performance date. *We can't guarantee that the Technics Crime Family
will spin your music, but it won't hurt by having your song in their hard
drives. ALSO. eNicaR Records artists tour about once a year in cities all
over Wisconsin & Illinois. If we feel like you're a good fit, we may include
you in our tour when the time comes. This is also not guaranteed, but
we're always looking for new talent to sign to our roster. We have
established connections with venues in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha,
Oshkosh, Sheboygan, Waukesha, Burlington, Antioch, Joliet, Chicago,
Zion, Lyons, and more. And the list will continue to grow. Our next official
tour is planned to start mid summer of 2012.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We only accept payment through PayPal. You don't have to have a
PayPal account to pay through PayPal. You can simply pay with your
debit or credit card. If you don't have a debit or credit card you will need
to get a VISA gift card. These can be purchased at most gas stations and
convenience stores. (Make sure the giftcard says VISA on it). You can
then use the VISA gift card to make the payment through PayPal just like
a credit card. Another option is to pay with a money order. PLEASE do
not bring money to the event and expect to pay the night of. You won't
get a slot by doing that. The slot fee MUST be paid in advance.
**NEW** Starting on Feb 11th eNicaR Records will have an official merch
table set up at all events! We encourage you to bring CD's and
merchandise to sell. We have an experienced sales person who will sell
your cd's to fans so that you don't have to worry about it. Our guy makes
either $1.00 or 25% of your sales, whichever comes first. Example: If you
are selling cd's for $3.00, our guy will make $1.00 from each sale, leaving
you with $2.00 per CD. If you sell CD's for 5$ each, our guy will make
25% which would be $1.25. Don't worry about money issues at the end of
the night. When you drop your CD's off you will mark down how many you
put on the table and how much you're charging. We will also have a
calculator so that you can do the math yourself. Why is it better to have
someone sell your cd's rather than doing it yourself? Because it looks
alot more professional, and plus you won't have to focus on sales. You
can just focus on performing, which is what you're coming to do.

If we let you perform at our events we expect you to
uphold professionalism. Remember, YOU are not the
only person performing and if YOU look bad, it makes
everyone else, including our company, look bad also.
Misbehaving will lead to you getting kicked out of the
venue and in some instances police may get involved.
We don't take lightly to any bad attitudes, drug use, or
violence. Make sure to respect our company, the
venue, and the other artists that are set to perform.
