Property Of is Frizo's first solo album and is quite popular in the artists
hometown of Racine, WI. Released in 2006, this was the first offical album to
follow, I Rep Vol. 1. Property Of showcases lots of raw talent, creativity, and
diversity from Frizo and was created at a time when performing live, and local
popularity as a solo artist, wasn't in the question. Of coarse help from eNicaR
Records didn't hurt. The label managed to sell out of the first shipment of
Property Of in a matter of 4 days, using the old school "out of the trunk" sales
method. This album also features verses from Racine hip hop artists, A.O./Lil
DC/Jessica Ryan/and Andre Epps. Since Property Of, eNicaR Records has
released many titles. But if you're interested in the history of the label, then
Property Of is a must have. A true underground classic in the Racine /
Milwaukee hip hop scene.
